Full-time Wound Care Physician opportunity in IU Health Arnett Wound Care Center at Lafayette, IN. The role is 100% outpatient, M-F, 8-5, with no call schedule. The team includes 1 physician, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 7 support staff. Training is available for HBO and wound care education. Responsibilities include treating patients with open wounds using advanced wound care techniques such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, total contact casting, negative pressure wound therapy, and cellular and tissue-based products. Expected patient encounters are 10-15 per day, with less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Procedures include cellulitis therapy, compression therapy, wound debridement, and bone cultures. Minimum requirements include Board Eligibility or Certification, and an Indiana MD/DO license. Specialties in General Surgery, Podiatry, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine will be considered.
