Breast Surgery Nurse Practitioner (NP) - 100% Breast - Virtua Medical Group

Virtua Medical Group, a physician-led organization of over 1,800 clinicians and growing, is looking to add a Breast Nurse Practitioner to our well-established breast surgery team.

This is a full-time, employed position with VMG that will be floating between our outpatient offices in Voorhees, Washington Township, and Egg Harbor Township.

Our breast surgeons and advanced practice providers maintain a 100% breast-focused practice, caring for patients with both benign and malignant breast conditions. The team provides comprehensive, patient-centered care while utilizing the latest clinical techniques, technology, and treatment options available.

About Our Breast Program:

• Integrated within the Penn Medicine | Virtua Health Cancer Program, offering access to a leading academic-affiliated oncology network
• NAPBC-accredited program supported by a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team including radiology, pathology, plastic surgery, medical oncology, and radiation oncology
• Comprehensive, patient-centered care model with close collaboration among nurse navigators, genetic counselors, research coordinators, social workers, rehabilitation services (OT/PT), and home care teams to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Shared breast surgery call with a two-week rotation among a team of dedicated breast surgeons
• Strong clinical support structure including two advanced practice providers, a nurse coordinator, and a dedicated surgical scheduler
• Well-established and robust referral network supporting consistent case volume and program growth

Compensation:

• The starting salary for this position is: $125,000.00 (annually).
  The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
