About the Opportunity

RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare system, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician.

This is a unique opportunity to launch a brand-new practice at Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ. Known as a "metroburb," Bell Works is a vibrant, self-contained community hub featuring shops, dining, and businesses. Located just minutes from the Jersey Shore, it offers easy access to NYC via multiple transit options.

Financial & Benefits Package

Salary Range: $224,000 – $359,000 per year

Bonus Structure: Base salary plus annual quality and performance incentives

Residency Stipend: Up to $24,000 for final-year trainees who sign early

Relocation Support: Financial assistance available for both in-state and out-of-state physicians

Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage

Malpractice Insurance: Full malpractice coverage with tail

Retirement: 401(k) plan with a company match

Time Off & CME: Paid Time Off (PTO) plus dedicated CME time and allowance

Professional Expenses: Covered budget for licensing, books, and association fees

Candidate Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Active New Jersey medical license, or eligible for NJ licensure

Open to both experienced physicians and upcoming graduates
