Family Medicine Physician - Odessa, TX

Job Description:

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established outpatient primary care practice in Odessa, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy while benefiting from a highly supportive team, strong practice infrastructure, and comprehensive on-site services.

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
• Full-time schedule; no nights or weekends
• Broad clinical scope including family medicine, acute care, women's health, occupational medicine, and office-based procedures
• Optimized workflow including Ambient AI Scribe
• Dedicated MA support + experienced clinical and administrative team
• On-site services including lab, X-ray, ultrasound, EKG, and more
• Opportunity to incorporate preventive medicine, weight management, wellness, or other clinical interests

Qualifications:

• BC/BE Family Medicine
• Active Texas medical license and DEA (or eligibility to obtain)
