PeaceHealth is seeking a Pediatrician to join our outpatient-focused pediatric team in the Eugene/ Springfield community.

Practice pediatrics in a collaborative clinic setting while living in a community known for outdoor access and work-life balance. This role offers a team-based environment with strong peer support and the opportunity to care for patients across the pediatric spectrum.

Clinical Practice and Call
• Outpatient clinic responsibilities with shared after-hours coverage
• Evening, weekend, and holiday coverage shared across the pediatric group
• Balanced call structure designed to support patient access and physician sustainability

Clinical Support and Resources
• Epic electronic medical record
• Established pediatric group with strong collaboration across sites
• Regular meetings for case review, education, and department coordination

Compensation and Benefits
• First-year salary guarantee: $275,100 (1.0 FTE)
