PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Priority Care (Walk‑In Clinic) team in Cottage Grove, Oregon. This is a full‑time opportunity within a collaborative, well‑supported clinic environment embedded in a primary care setting.
Practice broad‑scope urgent and walk‑in care while enjoying a 4‑day work week in a close‑knit community known for outdoor access and work‑life balance.

• 4‑day work week
• Clinic hours: Monday--Friday, 8:00am--6:00pm
• Priority Care embedded within a primary care clinic
• Care for patients of all ages with a wide variety of procedures
• Rapid response support from the Emergency Department available 24/7

• Inbox Clinician Program designed to help minimize inbox burden
• Dedicated Clinician Well‑Being Program
• Onsite resources including:
• Behavioral Health
• Social Work
• ACC Clinic
• Imaging (MRI and Ultrasound)

Compensation and Benefits
• First‑year salary guarantee: $143,707 (1.0 FTE)
• Production‑based compensation model with additional earning potential
