MUSC Health – Kershaw Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE, General Surgeon to join its well-established general surgery practice in Camden, South Carolina. New graduates and Sub-specialty surgeons are welcome. You will provide broad general surgery care in a community-based setting with a mix of clinic, operative cases, endoscopy, inpatient care, and call responsibilities. The chosen candidate will join three experienced General Surgeons, and a dedicated support team to provide exceptional care to patients in Camden, South Carolina and surrounding communities.

Required Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from full accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
  • Completion of 5-year ACGME or AOA-accredited General Surgery Residency Program.
  • Full and unrestricted South Carolina Medical License. 
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible through the American Board of Surgeons.
  • BLS, ACLS certification
