• Join an established Family Medicine Clinic in a rural health setting serving patients across the community.

• Hospital employed clinic - Outpatient ONLY.

• Practice Autonomously while being part of a large provider network.

• Clinic is located in Manila (located in northeastern Utah, approx. 60 miles N of Vernal, UT and just south of the Utah-Wyoming border).
