Orthopaedic Surgeon - Locum-Northwest Permanente

Our Orthopaedics Team is seeking a BC/BE General Orthopaedic Surgeon to provide locums call coverage in Portland, Oregon. This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative team of 33+ surgeons and 20+ affiliated clinicians dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care. The practice is supported by robust ancillary services, established care pathways, integrated virtual care, and a strong culture of collaboration across specialties.

• Broad spectrum of General Orthopaedic trauma and call cases
• Shared General Orthopaedic call coverage (10-hour weekday, 14-hour weeknight and 24-hour weekend opportunities available)
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary practice environment
• Established care pathways and fully integrated electronic medical records
• Robust clinical and operational support to help you focus on patient care
• Opportunity to work alongside experienced Orthopaedic subspecialists and affiliated clinicians

Northwest Permanente covers malpractice, pays competitive locum hourly wages, and treats our locum physicians as an extension of our core team. This locum role is a W-2, temporary position.
