Denver Health Medical Center is seeking a **full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist** to join our **collaborative, mission-driven cardiovascular team** at one of the nation's premier integrated safety-net health systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to practice comprehensive clinical cardiology while contributing to education and care for a diverse, urban patient population.
You will join a **multidisciplinary group of 12 cardiologists and 8 advanced practice providers** delivering the full spectrum of cardiovascular care, including advanced electrophysiology and interventional cardiology services.
**Clinical Responsibilities**
* Comprehensive non-invasive cardiology practice, including inpatient (CCU/consultative services) and outpatient care
* Interpretation of stress testing, ECGs, and ambulatory rhythm monitoring
* Advanced echocardiography, including transesophageal and stress echocardiography
* Opportunities for cardiac imaging, including nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, and potential involvement in cardiac MRI, based on training and interest
* Supervision and teaching of cardiology fellows, residents, and medical students through our academic partnership with the University of Colorado
Qualifications
**Qualifications**
**Required:**
* MD or DO degree
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
* Level II echocardiography training
* Commitment to team-based care and service to a diverse, multicultural patient population
* BLS -American Heart Association Required
* ACLS - American Heart Association Required
**Preferred:**
* Advanced echocardiographic expertise (3D echo, strain imaging)
* Level III echocardiography and/or NBE certification
* Certification in nuclear cardiology and/or cardiac CT
* Procedural TEE experience
Salary Range (USD)
$424,000.00 - $526,500.00 / yr
