outpatient designation
• Care for full spectrum of HF patients on the
inpatient HF service and in high volume
outpatient clinics
• Lead outpatient specialty clinics including:
LVADs and Transplants, Cardiomyopathies
involving HOCM, Amyloidosis and Rare
Cardiac Diseases, Pulmonary Hypertension
• Work with APPs experienced in Cardiology
and HF care
