$305K Plus Starting Salary Physician Hospitalist

This opportunity is for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join Geisinger's Hospital Medicine team as a Hospitalist. The role involves providing comprehensive inpatient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care throughout hospitalization. The Hospitalist Physician works on a shift-based schedule (7 am - 7 pm, 14 shifts/month for full-time, 7 shifts/month for part-time) and does not accrue PTO or CME days. The position offers strong clinical support and opportunities for quality improvement, education, and program development. Please note, this opportunity does not allow for J1 waiver.
