Primary Care Physician - Base salary begins at $320k

Join Geisinger Kulpmont in Kulpmont, PA, as a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds). This role offers an outpatient-only schedule with flexibility, including clinic hours from Monday to Friday (7 AM - 5 PM), one evening per week, and a Saturday rotation (approx. 1 in 6). The schedule includes 36 clinical and 4 administrative hours per week. You'll work within a collaborative care model with APP panel sharing and benefit from a robust support system including Up-To-Date access, behavioral health collaboration, a 24/7 nurse call center, a centralized prescription refill team, value-based care guides, Epic EMR, and a new Ambient voice dictation tool to streamline documentation. Compensation ranges from $320k to $375k, with up to $250k in recruitment incentives and a residency/fellowship stipend of up to $45k.
