Director of Pediatric Research

The Director of Pediatric Research will oversee research involving children throughout the Geisinger Health System. This role involves expanding clinical and translational research for children and adolescents, aligning with the Department's mission to enhance pediatric healthcare through innovative research. The Director will lead collaborative efforts with the Department of Pediatrics and Geisinger College of Health Sciences, including Graduate Medical Education and Geisinger Research Institute leadership, to establish research priorities consistent with the strategic plan. The position also focuses on fostering a culture of equity, inclusion, and psychological safety, promoting a supportive environment for researchers, clinicians, and learners, and includes 0.2 FTE dedicated administrative time.
